Joel Beeke

A founder of Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dr. Joel Beeke served as its president until 2023 and currently holds the positions of the seminary’s chancellor and professor of systematic theology and homiletics. He has served as the pastor of Heritage Reformed Congregation for nearly 40 years, the editor of the Puritan Reformed Journal and the Banner of Sovereign Grace Truth, the board chairman of Reformation Heritage Books, the president of Inheritance Publishers, and vice-president of the Dutch Reformed Translation Society. He and his wife, Mary, have three children and ten grandchildren. Joel is the editor of our KJV Study Bible and the author of our Bread for the Soul devotional.
