Dave Smith is the founder and senior pastor of KingsGate Community Church, a thriving church with three campuses across England. Dave first became a Christian in 1983 as a college student at Oxford University. He went on to receive two degrees and a doctorate in church history from Oxford, where he and his wife, Karen, began their marriage. In 1988, the couple moved to Peterborough, where they founded KingsGate. The church has since expanded into two additional locations at Cambridge and Leicester. Dave enjoys reading, biking, supporting Manchester City, and finding opportunities to share his faith at the gym. Dave is the author of Live Well: God’s Plan.
