Christie Thomas is passionate about seeing kids and families build deep walks with Christ. After being involved in children’s ministry for most of her life, she has spent the last decade as the Children’s Ministry Director at her church. Christie has served as a discipleship coach, equipping parents with encouragement and the tools they need to strengthen their children’s faith. She is the founder of the Little Shoots, Deep Roots community, providing over 10,000 moms with online resources, emails, physical books, digital Bible studies, and membership to help them nurture tiny spiritual habits in their kids that will grow into a flourishing faith life. She has written guest articles for multiple magazines, including Focus on the Family and the (in)courage online platform. Christie lives in Alberta, Canada, with her husband and three boys.
Christie’s work includes our My First Devotional: Meaningful Time with God for Little Ones, inviting parents and pre-school aged kids to read and study God’s Word together.
